Service Description

Appointments are available in person at my office, via Zoom and by phone. Case work is any task that you would like me to support you with, that is not counselling. Case Work Includes: - Attending different appointments, services and locations with you.  - Report writing, letter writing and assessments - Providing practical and psychological support to you in any situation, including during or after a crisis situation. - Advocating for you by contacting other agencies, organisations, educational institutions and businesses on your behalf. - Providing you with advice and information. - Applying knowledge of services and referring you to other service providers, as needed.  - Being an expert witness for legal matters. Fee I provide case work appointments that go for approximately 15 minutes. I then conduct the case work that you have requested I perform for you. The amount of time this takes determines the final fee. Case work is $27.50 per 15 minutes of work I perform for you.   Example You make an appointment with me for case work and that appointment takes 15 minutes to discuss the case work you would like me to perform for you. I then perform that case work, as agreed, and that case work takes me 30 minutes to complete. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Please note the following cancellation fee applies: • When less than 72 hours notice is given for a cancellation, or you do not attend your appointment, 100% of the session fee will be charged. • You will be sent an invoice that is due payable within 7 days of cancellation or non-attendance. I appreciate your understanding and I look forward to seeing you soon.
