Case work is any task that you would like me to support you with, that is not counselling and includes:

• Attending different appointments, services and locations with you.

• Report and letter writing.

• Providing practical and psychological support during or after a crisis situation.

• Advocating for you by contacting other agencies, organisations, educational institutions and businesses on your behalf.

• Providing you with specific advice and information.

• Applying knowledge of services and referring you to other service providers, as needed. 

• Being an expert witness for legal matters.
